CRM
Contacts
Everyone you work with: their details, tags, notes, deals, appointments and every conversation.
The contact list
- 1Search by name, email, phone or company.
- 2Filter by tag.
- 3Add a contact.
- 4Open a contact for their details, notes and conversations.
- Search finds contacts by name, email, phone or company; tags narrow the list.
- Saved views keep a filter you use often (for example "Leads from the webinar").
- Fields adds your own fields to contacts, like a budget or a birthday.
- New contacts also arrive by themselves: a text or call from an unknown number, a reply to your email, a website form, or the HighLevel sync.
A contact
- 1Call: we ring your phone, then connect the contact from your business number.
- 2Notes, including the summary of every Voice AI call.
- 3Add a note.
On a contact's page you edit their details, add tags and notes, and see their opportunities, appointments and linked records. From the top:
- Call rings your phone first, then connects the contact from your business number (choose which number if you have several). The call is logged with its length, and its recording if you record calls.
- Message opens their conversation to text or email them.
Notes write themselves
When the Voice AI answers a call, the summary and the full transcript are added to the caller's notes, and a name or email they gave fills in an empty field.
Do not disturb, STOP and unsubscribes
- Do not disturb on a contact stops texts and calls to them.
- A contact who texts STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) gets no more texts until they text START. Their page shows it, with a button to resume.
- A contact who unsubscribes from an email, bounces or marks it as spam gets no more campaign emails.
