Every change to your CRM is kept for 180 days, whoever made it: you, your assistant, your CRM app or the HighLevel sync. Filter by who made it, then:
- Undo takes back one change;
- Go back to here undoes that change and everything after it.
Websites have their own history: every change and every publish is a version you can go back to, from History in the builder.
Backups
- 1Everything is backed up every night.
- 2Download my data: everything that's yours, in one file.
- Automatic backups: every night the whole database and every website's files are backed up, and two weeks of copies are kept.
- Download my data: one file with everything in your account (contacts, notes, deals, appointments, conversations, campaigns, custom fields and records, your dashboard and your assistant conversations). Keys and passwords are left out.
Your data stays yours
- Every account is kept apart by the database itself: each row belongs to one account, and the database only shows an account its own rows, whatever the app asks for.
- Nothing in your account can point at another account's data, even knowing its id.
- Your websites run in their own private containers.
- Keys and tokens you give us (HighLevel, Mailgun, Twilio) are stored encrypted and never shown again.
- Texts, calls and emails that come in are only accepted when the provider signs them with your account's key.
